This incredible cacao is from a single farm, expertly farmed by Benedicto Morataya. He has specially selected fine-flavour genetics which flourish in the farm's terroir & carefully monitors the fermentation process. 

Taste notes of apricot, medjool dates and cashew with a long molasses finish.
