Delivery

Delivery costs

We charge £5.85 for express delivery (1-3 days) or £4.95 for standard delivery (4-5 days) for UK postage and packaging for all orders (except cakes, cookies and greetings cards - see below).  We use Royal Mail and UPS for most of our deliveries, and may occasionally use other couriers.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch your items (except cakes and cookies - see below) within 48 hours of receiving payment. We will always try to get your order to you as soon as possible and within 5 working days of ordering. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of ordering, please get in touch with us straight away by emailing support@frosteryliving.co.uk

Greetings Cards

We charge £1 for UK postage (1-3 days)

Cakes and Cookies

Cookies are freshly baked at The Frostery and shipped weekly on Wednesdays by Royal Mail.  The postage charge for cookies is £4.  Our aim is to have them delivered the next day but this is out of our control and it some instances it could be longer (up to 3 days).  You may choose a guaranteed delivery service at checkout Cookie orders must be received by 6pm on Tuesday for Wednesday dispatch.

Cookies will be dispatched separately from other items, therefore postage costs will be added together.

Store collection

Our physical store in the village of Delph is now open.  Cakes and cookies may be collected from here (OL3 5DL)
