Returns & cancellations

We hope you will love the items you have ordered. However, we understand that things may not always be quite as you expected, in which case we can offer an exchange or refund on your items.

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen days of delivery. This does not include items specifically made for you, or perishable food items (cakes and cookies). This does not affect your statutory rights.

The items must be returned with their packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 14 working days of receiving your items. Please contact us straight away at support@frosteryliving.co.uk letting us know that you would like to return all or part of your order, along with your order number, name and address and reason for return. 

We ask that you reuse the packaging that the items were received in, to ensure that returned goods arrive back to us safely.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

In the unfortunate event that any of your objects arrive broken or damaged, please contact us at support@frosteryliving.co.uk within three working days, along with your order number, name and address and details of how the products were received. We will then do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
