Above The Frostery Living in Delph, Saddleworth is a creative workspace for content capture, events and more; it's a generous area with a peaceful atmosphere, featuring abundant natural light and a calm, neutral colour scheme.

This versatile studio is available to hire for a wide range of purposes, including content classes, livestreaming sessions, one-on-one training sessions, wellness events, workshops, conferences. Additionally, it is an ideal setting for photo and video shoots, seminars, exhibitions, meetings, and rehearsals.

DIMENSIONS

There are two areas which can either be used as one space or split into two separate rooms.

• King St Studio measures 4.35 m x 4.86 m
• Studio 2 measures 3.48 m x 4.27 m
• The WC facility measures 2.14 m x 2.12 m 

PRICING

• KING ST STUDIO (4.35 m x 4.86 m) £20 per hour | £100 per day (10am - 4pm)
• FIRST FLOOR £35 per hour (min 2 hours) | £175 per day (6 hours) | EVENING £45 per hour

First floor unisex WC for users of the first floor workspace 

No disabled access.

HEATING

The studio benefits from central heating and retains a comfortable ambient temperature.
